Our Cuban Chicken and Black Beans with Cilantro Lime Rice is the perfect trail food for any adventure. Our Cilantro Lime Rice and Cuban black beans are the base marinated in fresh oranges, lime juice, smoked paprika, oregano and cumin. If that's not enough we tossed in some mango pieces with our flavorful chicken that is perfection for this dish.
The Cuban style black beans are amazing with the flavors of cumin and smoked paprika simmered to perfection. Then we cook up some Cilantro Lime rice, (loveee it) and added it in to Chicken to make this a great Cuban dish.
This recipe is full of flavor and won't disappoint. Its pretty amazing to eat like this in the back country or where ever your adventures take you. If you like lots of flavor and Cuban spices you will love this.
To prepare: Remove the oxygen absorber. Add 1 cup of very hot water to the bag. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir and let sit for 2 minutes. Enjoy right out of the bag.
Makes a great lunch or dinner right in the stand up mylar bag, no clean up necessary.
