Our Commitment to 100% Customer Satisfaction

We want to produce the best packable meals and snacks as possible, for at home and out in the back country. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if food items purchased at OutdoorPantry.com does not meet your expectations - you can return it within 30 days for a refund, or exchange. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your OutdoorPantry meals, please let us know! We would love to send you another meal to try, or offer you a full refund on your order.

All defective food items are eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please allow us to fix or remedy any issues or concerns you have. Email us at info@outdoorpantry.com to resolve. Just let us know what the problem is and we’ll take care of it ASAP!

All non-food items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and packing materials in place; and completely eligible to be restocked and resold for a return or exchange.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please send an email to info@outdoorpantry.com with your order number included. We will email you a shipping label to send back your products to be exchanged.

Upon receiving your package, we will mail an exchange item within two business days and you will receive its tracking number by email. If an item is returned, we will issue a full refund within three days of receiving and will email you a notification.
