What I love about this pie is that it's everything in one dish: flavorful wild game, with creamy potatoes, gravy and a bit of vegetables. Our secret ingredient is a sprinkle of gourmet black mission figs. They are the best with a hint of sweetness in all that meat. This venison hunter’s pie is a complete meal in every bite. Enjoy it with a cold pint of stout or ale if you're not eating it in the back country;-)
Preparation: Add 1 cup of hot water to bag, Mix well. Reseal bag and let soak for 8 minutes. Stir food and enjoy right out of the bag.
