To Prepare -Mix Boiling Water to Gravy to Rehydrate, pour gravy over Biscuits and let stand for 8 minutes.
Alternatively: -Steam biscuits if you have the means. Or, seal the Biscuits with a wet paper towel in a zip lock bag and let them sit to re-soften. -If your on the trail, add boiling water to rehydrate the Gravy first. If you make it extra watery, it's perfect for pouring over the Biscuits so the gravy rehydrates the Biscuits. And as a bonus, they pick up more flavor from the gravy and only takes about 5 minutes. Some Biscuits may be a little crunchy with this method, which I personally like. But if that is not to your taste, you can always add a couple more spoonfuls of hot water.
