Tons of meat in this one! We’ve added Hatch Chili’s that adds a little more spice with the right amount of kick. We love this meal just cause it’s full of flavor but not too too hot. We give this one 🌶🌶 out of 3 heat rating. The organic butternut squash tames the heat of the Hatch Chili’s and Serrano Peppers a bit. The savory ground beef mixed with the roasted butternut squash & kale is delish and one that goes in my pack on my trips.
We sauteed the Hatch Chili’s, Serrano peppers, onions, and spices with ground beef and tossed in the squash & kale until everything blended together for lots of flavor.
This makes for a perfect meal in the back-country or at home. Its plenty filling even at 3 ounces thanks to a ton of ground beef and fiber.
If your looking to add a little something to top it off try adding in your fav cheese topping or throw on some Texas Pete hot sauce.

To Prepare: Remove oxygen absorber. Add 1 cup of hot water to bag. Mix food, reseal bag & let sit for 5 minutes. Stir and let stand for 3 minutes. Mix and enjoy the right out of the pouch.
