The sweetness comes from coconut flakes, raisins and apples with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. No sugar or added preservatives, just a delicious breakfast that will fill you up and get you going. Can be eaten hot or cold by adding a little water to the pouch, ready to eat when you are.
To Prepare: Remove oxygen absorber. Add 1 cup of water for a cold breakfast or hot water for a hot breakfast. Mix food reseal bag & let sit for 5 minutes. Stir and you’re ready to enjoy right out of the pouch.
